Once upon a time, there were a builder and his wife who bought a house and renovated it. They ended up with an elegant Georgian-style home with traditional symmetric architecture outside and transitional decor indoors. The garden also reflected… oh, wait — the garden reflected nothing; it remained undeveloped.
“It was a real dump,” says Tamar Royt, owner of Silverwood Interiors and Silverwood Flooring, and one of the homeowners in question. “There was an attached garage where the patio now is, a bunch of shrubs, a strip of grass…”
