For some time, Steven Newell had wanted to live in the Marinaside Crescent neighbourhood.
He recently found a 1,800-square-foot penthouse condominium in an ideally situated James Cheng building. “The location is second to none,” says Steven. “It’s in a two-block radius of the best restaurants and nightlife in the city. My boat is moored right out front. The rapid transit line from downtown to the airport is one block away. The unit faces south-west, which gives a lot of sunlight. And I’ve got a rooftop space as well.”
