At this year’s Interior Design Show West this trend is all over the Vancouver Convention Centre — in hanging fixtures and other decor detailing — but we really liked the comeback seen at Cantu Bathrooms and Hardware (booth 1009) who are showcasing the work of Brooklyn-based Watermark Designs.
“Here to leave a mark,” the collection is full of functional, sculptural, and stylish pieces. The Elan Vital collection takes industrial design to the next level. Looking like steam pipes and levers, they look like they could have been plucked from the 18th century — but with a modern touch.
The best part? These fixtures are available in 40 finishes: polished chrome, uncoated polished brass, polished nickel, satin nickel, antique brass, oil-rubbed bronze, aged brass or gun metal… and 32 more.
