Benjamin Moore has announced its Colour of the Year for 2015: Guilford Green (HC-116). This stunning, silvery green complements both modern and traditional styles in a seamless manner.
“We chose Guilford Green as our 2015 Colour of the Year because it can be the hero or the highlight in any room, enhancing the architectural identity of a space,” said Ellen O’Neill, Creative Director at Benjamin Moore. “Guilford Green is the perfect thread to connect nature, spaces and interiors with colour schemes that signify fresh energy and growth.”
The monochromatic palette features 23 colours in four colour families that all work in harmony with Guilford Green, while creating saturated and bold concepts all on their own.
The Colour Trends 2015 collection features four gorgeous colour families – green, blue, blush and berry. The bold, more saturated hues represent an evolution from the soft pastels that comprised the brand’s Colour Trends 2014.
“Homeowners are ready to experiment with colour and are more confident with making unique design choices for the home,” added O’Neill. “Within each colour family in the Colour Trends 2015 palette, we offer a spectrum of hues to play with and experiment to find what’s right for any home.”
